Every RJ Fitness Private Session is a one-on-one custom built  fitness experience that is specifically tailored to your abilities and objectives.

What are the benefits of Private Training?


If you were on your own you might be prone to put it off. RJ will encourage you to stay committed to your program. She will also provide a good measure of structure and accountability in your workouts.

Refreshing and New

Want a more interesting routine? Throughout your private sessions new exercises are continually introduced during your workouts. RJ will help you sharpen your mental focus as well as come up with new ideas on how to challenge your body.

You will be given expert advice on basic nutrition,training and health. You will learn the fundamentals of doing exercises correctly so that during every single session you are moving closer towards achieving your goals.

Workout with a few friends!

All private group sessions are 35 min in length. To sign up for one of these sessions please use the contact form or call.

  DUO – $20 per person   |   3-5 People – $15 per person

Sessions may be purchased in 4, 8 or 12 Session Packages. **60 min sessions are available upon request.
